Content Ideas From My Brain

Use this when… You know you should be posting, but every time you sit down to think of something, your brain goes blank.

Act as a calm, thoughtful content strategist. I'm an online business owner who helps [describe who you help] with [describe what you help them with]. I'm feeling scattered and I don't know what to post about. Ask me 3 simple questions to understand what's going on in my business right now. Then give me 10 content ideas that match my voice, my audience, and what's actually on my mind. Keep the ideas specific, not generic, and explain why each one would land.

↳ Tip: replace anything in [brackets] with your own details before sending.

I Have an Idea but I Don't Know How to Sell It

Use this when… You know what you sell, but you can't explain it without sounding confusing or boring.

Act as a clear, gentle messaging coach. I sell [describe your offer] to [describe your audience]. Right now, when I try to explain it, it comes out messy. Help me get clear. First ask me 3 questions about who it's for, what it actually does, and what makes it different. Then give me a simple, human description of my offer in 3 versions: a one-sentence version, a short paragraph, and a longer "tell me more" version. Keep all of them clear, specific, and like something a real person would say.

↳ Tip: replace anything in [brackets] with your own details before sending.

My Brain Is Full and I Need Help Sorting It

Use this when… You have a notebook, a Notes app, or a brain full of half-ideas and no clue what to do with them.

Act as a patient thinking partner. I'm going to dump a bunch of messy thoughts below. They're not organized. Some are ideas, some are frustrations, some are half-finished plans. Read all of it, then do three things: 1) Group the thoughts into clear themes. 2) Tell me what you're noticing about what I actually care about right now. 3) Suggest the next 3 small actions I could take based on what I dumped. Be honest, calm, and human. Here's the dump: [paste your thoughts]

↳ Tip: replace anything in [brackets] with your own details before sending.

Make This Sound Like Me

Use this when… You wrote something (or AI wrote something) and it does not sound like you at all.

Act as my voice editor. I'm going to paste two things: a short sample of how I naturally write or talk, and a piece of content I want to fix. Study my tone, sentence rhythm, word choice, and personality. Then rewrite the second piece so it sounds like me. Don't make it overly polished. Don't add corporate-sounding filler. Keep it clear, human, and grounded. My writing sample: [paste sample]. Content to rewrite: [paste content].

↳ Tip: replace anything in [brackets] with your own details before sending.

The Brain Dump Reset

Use this when… Your brain has 47 tabs open and you can't tell what matters anymore.

Act as a calm, grounded assistant. I'm going to brain dump everything I've been carrying about my business: tasks, worries, ideas, things I keep forgetting, things I keep avoiding. After I dump, I want you to do this: 1) Sort it into "do soon," "do later," and "let go of for now." 2) Point out what looks like it's draining me vs. what looks like real progress. 3) Give me one small, doable next step for today. Be kind but honest. Here's the dump: [paste your dump]

↳ Tip: replace anything in [brackets] with your own details before sending.
